FAQs

Bust Loose Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How many people fit on a bus? A: 40 people maximum, but that is very cozy!

Q: What is included on a bus? A: All buses have a dance pole, HUGE Stereo system, and party lights inside the bus to get you in the party mood!

Q: Can I bring my own music? A: Yes, all buses come equipped with Bluetooth capability and/or Aux cords

Q: Can I leave my stuff on the bus? A: It’s more than likely our buses are picking up other partiers after you, so we ask that you take your personal belongings with you

Q: Can I smoke or vape on the bus? A: Our buses are smoke and vape free zones!

Q: Is the driver tip included? A: Tipping your driver is extra. We usually recommend pre-paying a tip so that you don’t have to worry about it at the end of your ride. But if you want to “pass the hat,” for the driver that is always appreciated!

Club Crawl Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Is my ticket refundable? A: No, all tickets are non-refundable.

Q: Can I transfer my tickets to someone else? A: Yes, you can! Simply complete our General Inquiries Form and we will get in touch with you to process the transfer.

Q: What is the Club Crawl route? Which bars are we going to? A: Except for the starting bar, we don’t give out the entire itinerary. The venues we use are hand-picked with the main objective being to maximize the fun quotient for the event. Trust us – we have run hundreds of crawls over the years and our venues are club crawl friendly!

Q: I have more than 4 in my group, and I want to take advantage of the buy 3, get the 4 th free Limited time Offer. How does this work? A: It’s easy peazy. For example, if you have 8 or 12, you simply have to go back in and purchase another 4 pack. Please note that you can not purchase all 12 in one transaction in order to get the offer.

Q: I have a group going on the crawl. Do we all have to show up at the same time? A: Yes, to properly register your group, everyone must check in together.

Q: I can’t make it to the starting venue. How do I join the crawl later? A: If you have a friend that has registered at the beginning, you can call or text them to see what the next stop will be.

Q: What do I need to bring on the crawl? A: Be sure to bring your ticket confirmation (on your phone or a paper copy), as well as 2 pieces of ID. We will check you in, have you sign a waiver, get your wristband, and you are all set to go!

Q: When is the best time to purchase my tickets: A: As soon as possible! Ticket prices are always subject to change, so get your tickets early in order to secure the best price!

To Our valued customers, friends and industry partners:

I hope this message finds you and your family safe and healthy. In a very short period of time, our whole world has been turned upside down. But, like the many challenges that have faced us in the past, this too shall pass.

In two short years, Bust Loose! Holidays/ Bust Loose! Party Buses will celebrate a momentous birthday. We will be turning 40 years young! Thinking back to the thousands of trips and events with all the amazing people we have met and the memories we have makes these times a bit more manageable.

I remember back in 1990 when Operation Desert Storm was launched during the Gulf War. This was it, I thought. No more travel, life was changed forever. Wrong. Eventually we went back to our routines. People kept travelling and our club crawls, ski trips and Mexico programs continued on. We thought we would never see the likes of something similar to this in our lifetime. Boy were we wrong!

Y2K, 9/11, War in Iraq, the SARS epidemic in 2003, the Dot Com bust in 2005, the worldwide financial collapse in 2008, the collapse of world oil prices starting in 2014. Looking back these events it should have been the end of the road for us. But we survived!

And now here we are - facing the biggest challenge since WW II. It is no surprise that this has hit our company hard. We are in the business of social gatherings and event planning. Needless to say that the phones are quiet right now. Believe it or not, we are OK with this. Although we are angry and disturbed by the impact, we have to act now to combat this invisible enemy. Our Political leaders, health care workers and all essential service employees are guiding us through this unprecedented time. We are being asked to practise social distancing, self-isolation and above all, stay at home. To put things in perspective, it’s really not much to ask. Last time we were faced with a crisis of this magnitude, our grandfathers were asked to go to War; we are being asked to sit on the couch.

Our industry is one of the hardest hit as a result of this COVID-19 Outbreak. Bars and restaurants have been mandated to shut down. We are not allowed to have social gatherings. But we all know this will be over soon and we will get back to normal. And by normal I mean we will gather together to share in our victory over this enemy. That will be great cause for celebration. We know this will happen and we are planning for it. There will be more trips to plan. We are already anticipating the excitement of hitting the slopes next year! Kokanee Retro weekend, Kokanee FreeRide and more trips will be scheduled. And our fleet of Party Buses will be ready to "roll" this Fall and Winter season! It will be time to celebrate belated or current birthday parties, rebooked Stag & Stagette parties, delayed graduation parties and golf group outings to name a few. And our next mega club crawl event will be the Halloween Howler October 31st, 2020. We can’t wait to welcome you back!

But for now, we all have to do our part. Please stay in. Stay connected with your friends and family on line. Let’s flatten the curve.

And then, get ready for the floodgates open for good times and new memories!

Stay safe,
Bruce Wilson
